Entering The World Of Blogging

Welcome To The World Of Potentials Management And Self-Coaching

Being my very first blog, I am wandering this new path of global communication with excitement and wonder. What a world and time we live in!

My name is Jo-Ann L. Tremblay. I am a Life Coach and Author of "The Self-Coaching Toolbox" - Six tools for personal and professional growth & development.

"The Self-Coaching Toolbox" is available from www.gsph.com, Chapters, Amazon.com. I also enjoy creating "psychic art" which are water colour and acrylic paintings designed from the dreams and visions of the people I encounter in my life. I also enjoy exploring photography. For more information you are invited to view my website; www.potentialsmanagement.com.

Potentials Management
We have an internal universe and an external one - our challenge is to be aware of what is inside of us and what is outside of us, as we find ways to connect them both, while endeavoring to create balance. Wow, what a challenge!

Every thought, behavior, action, event and happening from within and from our outside world is a potential that can be managed in one form or another. Even those that we may initially believe have a negative potential, can be used to create a meaningful response/experience. In the final analysis the worst case scenario will be a good lesson learned. Through managing all the potentials you can become aware of, you are in one way or another taking the reins in both hands and making life work for you.

Self-Coaching
To become aware and then to manage your self and life happenings you need to be conscious, deliberate and willing to be flexible. You can get on top of your game and stay there through "self-coaching". Self-coaching is managing all of your individual internal potentials, and the potentials that arise from outside of yourself to achieve that which is meaningful for you. You are already coaching on a daily basis in varying degrees as it is; it's part of our nature. You achieve this by envisioning and behaving in accordance to your beliefs, thoughts, and choices. No matter how your personal and professional life is unfolding, you are the most accessible and valuable coach available to you. Why not be the best life coach possible? Let's face it - you're worth it.

As we travel the path of Potentials Management and Self-Coaching together through blogging, I invite you to visit this blog and enjoy exploring life, potentials and self-coaching with me, as we add tools to our personal and professional toolbox.

Till next time remember, "The power in each individual comes from all of us, and the power of all of us comes from each individual." - Jo-Ann L. Tremblay
